The unique design of the Chelsea teak dining table allows you to add two to four place settings to your table in one easy motion. This table is adjusts from 75" to 98.5" and seats 10 to 12 people. The extension is built for maximum convenience, durability and comfort, and allow for an umbrella to be used in both the open and closed positions. Simply slide the table open until the extension is visible, and unfold the leaf into position.
