FREE SHIPPING is available on products throughout our site displaying the Free Shipping logo. Currently all Bird Houses, Garden Arbors, Hammocks, and most Furniture items are offered with Free Shipping. Free Shipping is only available for products shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, which does not include Hawaii and Alaska. Any additional shipping options including expedited deliveries and shipment to Hawaii and Alaska are not included in this offer, and additional fees will apply. Our Free Shipping offer follows the same guidelines of Shipping and Delivery as our standard shipping policy. Shipping times vary depending on the warehouse and manufacturer the products are shipping from. If an item is refused or 3 delivery attempts have been made and no one has been available to accept the item, any fees incurred returning the item to our location will be your responsibility. Our Free Shipping offer only covers the cost of shipping the product to your location. If your items arrive damaged, you can refuse the delivery at no cost to you, but you must contact us immediately at CustomerService(at)YardEnvy.com, or call us at 800-967-7654. If you accept the delivery, you must note on the delivery receipt that the item arrived damaged before the driver leaves. We will do everything we can to correct the situation as quickly as possible for you.
